Jinko-ji (神光寺) is a Buddhist temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect located in the Kawana area of Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture. The temple was founded in 1492 and its honzon (the enshrined main image or principal deity of a Buddhist temple) is Fudo Myoo. It is a branch temple of Shoren-ji, which was established by Kukai (774–835) (posthumously called Kobo Daishi).
It is the 74th pilgrimage site of the Sagami-no-kuni Jun-Shikoku 88 Temples (相模国準四国八十八箇所), a replica pilgrimage of the Shikoku Pilgrimage consisting of 88 temples located in Fujisawa, Chigasaki, Samukawa, and Izumi-ku of Yokohama.
A small Inari shrine stands at the southern edge of the temple grounds.
Beneath the shrine are the Jinko-ji Oketsubogun (神光寺横穴墓群), cliff kofun (tombs) believed to date back to the Nara period (710–794). Excavations have uncovered artifacts such as Sue pottery.
