Due Italian - Ichigaya Main Store

Located just steps from Ichigaya Station in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, is the flagship store of Due Italian (ドゥエイタリアン), a ramen chain that also operates six additional locations, including two in Taiwan.

The restaurant was founded by Chef Kazuo Ishizuka, an Italian cuisine specialist who set out to create a new style of ramen that highlights the natural flavors of carefully selected ingredients while remaining light and gentle on the body.

Menu board

The restaurant's signature dish, Fromage Ramen, features a rich and creamy broth with Italian cheese. Other ramen offerings include Lemon Ramen (レモンらぁ麺), Lemon and Pacchi Ramen (レモンパクチーらぁ麺), Salt Ramen (塩らぁ麺), and Soy Sauce Ramen (醤油らぁ麺).

During the summer season, the menu also features limited-time chilled noodle dishes, Cold Tomato Ramen (冷製トマトコレクション) and Cold White Cream Ramen (冷製白いらぁ麺).

In addition to its noodle dishes, Due Italian also offers a selection of side dishes and desserts.

Orders are placed using the ticket machine located at the entrance.
